Job Summary Join our vibrant hospitality team as a Busser/Food Runner, where your energy and enthusiasm will elevate the guest experience! In this dynamic role, you'll be the vital link between the kitchen and dining area, ensuring tables are cleared promptly, dishes are delivered efficiently, and guests receive exceptional service. Duties Clear and reset tables swiftly to maintain a clean and inviting dining space Deliver food orders from the kitchen to guests accurately and promptly using proper food handling techniques Assist servers by bussing tables, refilling water glasses, and providing additional support as needed Ensure all food running and serving duties adhere to food safety standards and safe lifting practices Maintain cleanliness of service areas, including floors, counters, and dining surfaces through regular cleaning tasks Handle manual tasks such as heavy lifting of trays, boxes, or supplies following safe handling procedures Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and front-of-house team to coordinate timely service delivery Requirements Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential Strong communication skills to interact confidently with team members and guests Ability to perform manual handling tasks, including heavy lifting and safe lifting practices Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques Experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus but not mandatory Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods in a fast-paced setting Hospitality or hotel experience is advantageous for understanding guest services and banquet operations Join us if you're passionate about hospitality, enjoy working in a team-oriented environment, and want to grow your career in the food service industry.
