The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and a strong understanding of food handling procedures. As a Server, you will be responsible for ensuring that guests have an enjoyable dining experience by delivering high-quality service and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. Duties Greet and seat guests in a friendly and timely manner. Present menus and provide detailed information on food and beverage offerings. Take accurate food and drink orders using Toast POS System. Ensure timely delivery of orders to guests, while checking in regularly to ensure satisfaction. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise during their dining experience. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including pre-bussing tables and assisting others if needed. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient service and communication regarding menu items. Adhere to all food safety and handling regulations to ensure guest safety. Skills Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a positive dining experience. Familiarity with Toast POS System is preferred. Knowledge of food handling practices and restaurant operations. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Experience in sales techniques to enhance guest experiences through upselling menu items.
