Role:
As a Server, you will play a crucial role in delivering an exceptional dining experience to our guests by providing attentive, friendly, and efficient service. Your primary objective is to ensure customer satisfaction by accurately taking orders, serving food and beverages, and addressing any guest needs or concerns promptly. You will collaborate closely with kitchen and bar staff to coordinate timely and accurate order delivery. Maintaining a clean and organized work environment while adhering to health and safety standards is essential. Ultimately, your efforts will contribute to creating a welcoming atmosphere that encourages repeat visits and positive word-of-mouth for the establishment.
Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in a customer service or food service role preferred but not required. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with guests and team members. Basic math skills for handling transactions. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during shifts.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working as a server in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards. Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems. Strong multitasking and organizational skills. Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Responsibilities:
Greet and seat guests in a courteous and professional manner. Present menus, explain daily specials, and answer questions regarding menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods. Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the point-of-sale system. Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring order accuracy and presentation standards. Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and address any issues or special requests. Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to coordinate order timing and delivery. Process payments and provide correct change or receipts. Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including tables, chairs, and service stations. Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.

Basic math and POS system familiarity are essential for accurately processing orders and payments.
