Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a friendly, attentive, and professional Server to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional guest service in a fast-paced environment, ensuring guests have a memorable dining experience. Experience with food service, POS systems, and fine dining is preferred. This role involves taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for all guests. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using our Square POS system Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales Serve food and drinks promptly while adhering to food safety and sanitation standards Handle cash transactions accurately and process payments efficiently Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area, may be asked to assist with dishes or bartending Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure guest satisfaction Support host/host duties when needed, including seating arrangements and guest relations Requirements Previous experience in food service or restaurant environment preferred, especially in fine dining or nightclub settings Familiarity with POS system & KDS displays Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours Knowledge of food handling, sanitation, and safety standards in the food industry Ability to perform basic math for cash handling and billing purposes Experience with upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities Must be able to work flexible hours including nights; prior host/host or bussing experience is a plus Good communication skills and a professional appearance are essential Must pass or hold a TIPS or other alcohol training certification Must be 18 Join our team to provide outstanding service in a vibrant dining environment where your hospitality skills will shine!
