Responsibilities Assist in meal preparation and cooking according to established recipes and dietary guidelines. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including proper food handling and storage practices. Utilize kitchen equipment safely and effectively, including knives and other culinary tools. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during busy periods. Support catering operations as needed, helping to set up and break down events. Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment. Participate in training sessions to enhance culinary skills and knowledge of food service practices. Qualifications Previous experience in a kitchen setting, such as catering or restaurant work, is preferred but not required. Familiarity with food handling procedures and dietary requirements is a plus. Strong knife skills and experience with meal preparation techniques are advantageous. Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude towards teamwork.
