•Caldera House is a luxury hotel and commercial property dedicated to perfecting the travel experience through the highest standards of hospitality. The Breakfast Server is a strategic partner in creating an unparalleled hospitality experience for the hotel guests, members, and visitors of Caldera House. The breakfast server will serve food and beverage in a timely, friendly, and professional manner according to established company standards and procedures. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Manage all food and beverage orders placed during breakfast service Greet, take order from our guests and members, serve and bus tables Set up and break down breakfast buffer, serve, take and deliver in room dining orders, clear/pick up dishes from in room dining orders, etc. Ensure accurate accounting of all orders into the POS Allocate charges to necessary member accounts Maintain a clean, organized and appropriately stocked bar, cabinets, and storage areas Have a strong understanding of all Caldera House operations (Retail, F&B, Hotel, and Club), as well as the Jackson Hole area Have a strong understanding of all menu items Education, Experience, & Skills High School diploma or equivalent preferred Communicate effectively in English Previous server experience preferred Benefits & Compensation Season Ski Pass Discounts Access to transferrable ski pass Ski/Snowboard Storage + Slope side Locker Free START Bus Pass Free Employee Meal Discounts at onsite Retail & Restaurant outlets
