As a Host, you will be responsible for providing excellent guest services and ensuring a positive dining experience for our customers. If you have a passion for hospitality, we would love to hear from you. ```Responsibilities```

• Welcome guests as they arrive at the restaurant and manage reservations
• Escort guests to their tables and provide them with menus and water
• Assist in clearing tables and maintaining cleanliness throughout the restaurant
• Answer phone calls and assist with reservations or inquiries
• Handle guest complaints or concerns with professionalism and respect
• Process payments using the POS system
• Collaborate with other team members to provide exceptional customer service ```Experience```
• Previous experience in food service or restaurants is preferred
• Strong communication
• Phone etiquette and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
