In this vital role, you will serve as the first point of contact, providing exceptional guest services, managing reservations, and ensuring smooth check in and check out processes. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression through friendly and professional customer service. Manage guest check in and check out procedures efficiently using multi line phone systems and hotel management software. Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with patience, empathy, and proactive problem solving skills. Maintain accurate reservation records, update guest profiles, and coordinate room assignments to optimize occupancy. Conduct audits, reconciling daily financial transactions to ensure accuracy and security. Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest experiences. Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to address guest needs promptly and effectively. Skills Proven experience in hospitality management or front desk operations within a hotel or resort environment. Excellent customer service skills with a strong focus on guest relations and satisfaction. Multilingual or bilingual abilities to communicate effectively with diverse guests from around the world. Familiarity with hotel management systems, multi line phone systems, and hotel procedures. Strong phone etiquette and the ability to handle high volume calls professionally. Knowledge of hospitality industry standards including guest services, front desk operations, and hotel management principles. Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail in managing reservations, billing, and guest requests.
