The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of our hotel, ensuring that guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a passion for providing exceptional service in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing bathrooms. Maintain cleanliness in public areas such as lobbies, hallways, and restrooms. Conduct floor care duties including sweeping, mopping, and polishing as needed. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and maintained properly. Adhere to hotel policies and procedures regarding cleanliness and safety standards. Collaborate with other housekeeping staff to ensure efficient operations and guest satisfaction. Qualifications Previous experience in hotel housekeeping or custodial roles is preferred. Strong understanding of cleaning techniques and floor care practices. Excellent attention to detail with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Experience in hospitality settings is a plus, demonstrating an understanding of guest service expectations. Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks efficiently in a busy environment. Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods. A positive attitude with strong communication skills to interact with guests and staff effectively.
