This role is essential in ensuring the accuracy of daily financial transactions, maintaining guest satisfaction during overnight hours, and supporting the smooth operation of our hotel. The ideal candidate will possess strong hospitality management skills, excellent guest relations abilities, and experience in hotel operations. Superior guest service is a must in this position. Responsibilities Conduct nightly audits of all hotel financial transactions, including room charges, payments, and adjustments. Prepare and review daily reports to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data. Balance accounts and resolve discrepancies promptly. Assist guests with late check-ins, check-outs, and other guest services during overnight hours. Handle guest inquiries via multi-line phone systems with professional phone etiquette. Maintain the front desk area, ensuring it remains organized and welcoming for guests arriving or departing during night shifts. Support guest relations by addressing concerns efficiently and courteously to uphold high levels of customer satisfaction. Ensure security protocols are followed during overnight hours to maintain a safe environment for guests and staff. Perform administrative tasks related to hotel management as needed. Requirements Previous experience in hospitality, front desk operations, or night audit roles within hotels or resorts is preferred. Strong knowledge of hotel pms systems and night audit procedures. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction. C communication with diverse guests. Proficiency in phone etiquette and multi-line phone systems. Ability to work independently during night shifts while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy. Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Flexibility to work overnight hours, including weekends and holidays as needed. Professional demeanor with a focus on hospitality excellence and guest relations.
