Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Hotel General Manager, where you will lead the overall operations of a vibrant hotel property. This pivotal role combines strategic leadership with hands-on management to deliver exceptional guest experiences, optimize revenue, and foster a positive work environment. As the driving force behind daily operations, you will ensure every aspect of the hotel runs smoothly, efficiently, and profitably. Your energetic leadership will inspire teams, elevate guest satisfaction, and uphold the highest standards of hospitality excellence. Duties Oversee all hotel departments including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and guest services to ensure seamless operations Lead and supervise staff members, providing coaching, training, and performance evaluations to foster a motivated and high-performing team Develop and implement strategies for revenue management to maximize occupancy rates and profitability Manage budgets meticulously, controlling expenses while maintaining quality standards across all areas of the hotel Ensure exceptional guest relations by addressing concerns promptly and maintaining high levels of customer service Manage staffing needs, recruitment, onboarding, and employee development initiatives Oversee night audit procedures and ensure accurate financial reporting at the end of each day Maintain compliance with safety regulations, licensing requirements, and hotel policies Qualifications Proven experience in hotel management or hospitality management roles with supervising responsibilities. Knowledge of Hilton or Marriott systems a plus Strong background in revenue management, budgeting, and financial oversight within a hotel setting Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and satisfaction Demonstrated leadership capabilities with experience managing diverse teams in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of human resources practices, including hiring, training, and employee development Familiarity with front desk operations, night audit procedures, and multi-line phone systems Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve clientele effectively Excellent communication skills coupled with professional phone etiquette for guest interactions Embark on a rewarding journey leading our hospitality team!
