Job Overview We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Hotel General Manager to lead our hospitality team and oversee daily operations at our hotel. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive hotel management experience, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest services. This role requires a strategic thinker with expertise in revenue management, human resources, and hospitality standards to ensure the smooth functioning of all hotel departments and maintain high levels of guest satisfaction. Responsibilities Oversee all hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, and guest services to ensure seamless service delivery Lead and supervise staff, including hiring, training, performance evaluations, and staff development initiatives Manage hotel revenue streams through effective revenue management strategies and budgeting practices Maintain high standards of customer service and guest relations to foster positive experiences and repeat business Implement and monitor operational policies, procedures, and safety standards in compliance with industry regulations Oversee night audit processes to ensure accurate financial reporting and record-keeping Coordinate with human resources on staffing needs, employee relations, and compliance issues Handle guest complaints or issues promptly to maintain guest satisfaction levels Utilize multi-line phone systems with professional phone etiquette to communicate effectively with guests and staff Develop marketing strategies to promote the hotel's amenities and services Ensure the hotel's facilities are well-maintained, safe, and aligned with brand standards Requirements Proven experience in hotel management or hospitality management roles with supervising responsibilities Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams Extensive knowledge of hotel operations including front desk management, night audit procedures, and guest services Proficiency in revenue management, budgeting, human resources, and guest relations strategies Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve a diverse clientele effectively Excellent communication skills with professional phone etiquette; experience with multi-line phone systems preferred Hospitality industry certifications or relevant educational background in hospitality or hotel management is a plus Demonstrated ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism and tact Passion for delivering exceptional customer service in a luxury resort environment This role offers an exciting opportunity for a dedicated hospitality professional eager to lead a newer property.
