Hotel Maintenance

You must have previous work related experience with 3 professional references who will be contacted. Previous Hotel/Apartment maintenance highly preferred. The Maintenance Engineer is responsible for assisting with the operation, maintenance, service and repair of equipment as assigned. He/she is also responsible for participating in the preventative maintenance program, handling guest requests and other work orders as assigned. He/she is also responsible for performing the job in a safe and efficient manner and performing trade jobs, such as carpentry, painting, plumbing, pool operator, HVAC etc. You must have excellent time management skills and organizational skills. If you do not know how to make repairs such as wall repairs, painting, pressure washing, electrical work etc. please do not apply for this position. This is a part time position only for 20-25hrs per week. Monday through Friday and some weekends required during pool season.
