The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive hospitality management experience, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest services. This role involves supervising staff, managing revenue and budgets, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining the overall efficiency of hotel operations. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to enhance guest relations and team communication. Duties Oversee all hotel departments including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance to ensure smooth operations. Lead and supervise staff, providing training, coaching, and performance evaluations to foster a high-performing team. Manage guest relations by ensuring excellent customer service, addressing guest complaints promptly, and maintaining high satisfaction levels. Coordinate with human resources for staffing needs, recruitment, and employee relations. Oversee revenue management strategies to maximize profitability through pricing, promotions, and occupancy rates. Handle budgeting, financial reporting, and cost control measures to ensure operational efficiency. Supervise night audit procedures and ensure accurate financial records are maintained. Maintain effective communication across departments using multi-line phone systems while demonstrating professional phone etiquette. Ensure compliance with safety standards and hotel policies. Implement hospitality best practices to enhance the overall guest experience in a resort or hotel setting. Qualifications Proven experience in hotel management or hospitality leadership roles with supervising responsibilities. Strong background in hospitality management, guest services, revenue management, and human resources. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams. Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction and relations. Knowledge of hotel operations including front desk management, night audit procedures, and multi-line phone systems. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly preferred to facilitate communication with diverse guests and staff. Experience in budgeting, financial analysis, and hotel revenue strategies. Demonstrated ability to handle complex situations with professionalism and tact in a fast-paced environment.
