Compensation:

Commission-based. Most team members earn $20-$30/hour equivalent , depending on efficiency, service type, and schedule consistency. Reliable, high-quality work is rewarded. 100% of tips go to you Mileage reimbursed at IRS rate

What You'll Do:

Perform high-quality residential (house cleaning) and small office cleaning services Follow structured checklists to maintain consistent quality Work independently or in small teams Communicate professionally with clients and the team

Schedule:

Part-time (up to 20 hours per week, based on availability and demand) Typical shifts range from 3-6 hours Weekday availability required; weekends are a plus

Requirements:

Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle Able to perform physical cleaning tasks (lifting, standing, etc.) Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented Comfortable working independently Preferred (Not Required): Cleaning or janitorial experience Customer service experience
