Restaurant District Manager

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven District Manager to oversee 2 locations within our organization. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a proven track record in management, strategic planning, and business development. This role requires a strategic thinker who can drive profitability while ensuring operational excellence across all districts. Duties Lead and manage the overall operations of assigned stores to achieve business objectives. Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance sales performance and profitability. Supervise and mentor store managers, providing guidance on best practices in leadership and operational management. Analyze profit & loss statements to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes. Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with corporate goals and objectives. Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement among staff. Oversee business development activities to expand market presence and increase revenue streams. Manage project timelines and deliverables to ensure successful execution of initiatives. Experience Proven experience in a management role, preferably as a District Manager or similar position. Strong background in strategic planning, project management, and process improvement methodologies. Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams towards achieving goals. Experience in analyzing financial performance including profit & loss management. Background in sales with a focus on driving results through effective business strategies. Supervising experience within retail or service industries is highly desirable.
