Job Description

RHS House Lead Crimson Heights Are you a natural leader who thrives on making a difference? We're passionate about creating safe, supportive, and engaging environments and we're looking for a House Lead to guide our team and residents every step of the way. This is more than just a job, it's an opportunity to build connections, mentor staff, and help young people develop the skills they need for independence. What You'll Do Lead and inspire your residential team through coaching, training, and mentoring Support residents in achieving daily goals while ensuring a safe, structured environment Review and approve documentation to keep everything accurate and audit-ready Facilitate daily schedules: chores, meals, activities, community outings, and events Bring energy and consistency to house routines while building strong relationships Host monthly team meetings, provide ongoing training, and complete staff reviews Communicate with directors and clinical staff to support residents' needs and progress Step in when challenges arise and celebrate when successes happen
What We're Looking For Required:
High school diploma 2+ years of management or supervisory experience Experience working with individuals with autism, oppositional defiance disorder, or conduct disorder
Preferred:
