Hourly Pay Range:
$43.69 - $67.72 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.

N/A A Brief Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as a Clinical Nurse Consultant. As a Clinical Nurse Consultant, you will play a crucial role in providing expert clinical guidance and leadership to enhance patient care outcomes, promote staff development, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
What you will do:
Serve as a clinical expert in a specific area of nursing practice, providing guidance and support to nursing staff. Collaborate with healthcare teams to assess and improve patient care protocols and practices. Conduct educational sessions, workshops, and in-service training for nursing staff to enhance their clinical skills and knowledge. Mentor and coach nurses to promote professional growth and excellence in patient care. Participate in quality improvement initiatives, data analysis, and the development of evidence-based care protocols. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices. Ensure adherence to hospital policies, state and federal regulations, and accreditation standards. Provide guidance on compliance issues and assist in regulatory audits and inspections. Advocate for the highest quality of care for patients and families. Address patient and family concerns and assist in resolving any issues related to care. Stay updated on the latest research and advancements in nursing practice. Assist in the implementation of evidence-based practices to improve patient outcomes. Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of education sessions, quality improvement initiatives, and compliance efforts. Generate reports and data analysis to track progress and outcomes.
What you will need:
Bachelors Degree Nursing Required Or Masters Degree Nursing Preferred 5+ Years of clinical nursing experience required - current inpatient medical /surgical, critical care strongly preferred Registered Nurse (RN) - Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation (IDFPR) Current Illinois Registered Nurse (RN) license. Required BLS (AHA ) and ACLS required Benefits (For full time or part time positions):
