LOCATION

Electric City, WA Summary:

The Housekeeper is responsible for maintaining a clean, sanitary, and welcoming environment throughout Coyote Ridge Golf Course facilities. This position ensures that restrooms, dining areas, pro-shop spaces, offices, and event areas meet established cleanliness and presentation standards. The Housekeeper supports daily operations and special events by promoting a safe and professional atmosphere consistent with the values of the Confederated Tribes of the Colville Reservation and Colville Fuels.

Essential Functions:

Clean and sanitize restrooms, dining areas, clubhouse spaces, offices, and event areas Restock supplies including paper products, soap, and cleaning materials Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly Sweep, mop, vacuum, and maintain floors in assigned areas Assist with event setup and post-event cleanup as assigned Report maintenance or safety concerns to management promptly Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies in an organized manner Follow established sanitation and safety procedures Support clubhouse operations by maintaining a professional and welcoming environment

Minimum Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and special events Ability to follow written and verbal instructions

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous housekeeping or custodial experience Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and sanitation standards Experience supporting event setup and breakdown Basic safety or hazard communication training

Physical Demands:

Ability to frequently walk and/or stand for prolonged periods Ability to bend, squat, stoop, reach, and climb as required Ability to lift, carry, or move items up to 40 lbs Frequent manual and finger dexterity for cleaning and equipment handling Exposure to cleaning chemicals and varying indoor and outdoor conditions

Work Environment:

Clubhouse, pro shop, dining areas, restrooms, and event spaces Indoor and occasional outdoor duties Exposure to cleaning chemicals and sanitation products Moderate noise levels during peak guest activity Interaction with members, guests, and staff
