Duties Perform thorough cleaning of all living or guest areas, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and common spaces. Execute specialized cleaning tasks such as carpet cleaning, floor care, and sanitation procedures to uphold hygiene standards. Manage laundry services by washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing items efficiently. Maintain cleanliness of appliances, fixtures, furniture, and surfaces using appropriate cleaning agents and techniques. Ensure all areas meet safety and sanitation regulations by adhering to proper janitorial and custodial practices. Assist with meal preparation or light cooking when required to support residents' or guests' needs. Manage housekeeping supplies inventory, restocking essentials to ensure smooth daily operations. Skills Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning with a strong understanding of sanitation protocols. Skilled in various cleaning techniques including floor care, carpet cleaning, and general custodial duties. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with residents or guests. Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and operating cleaning equipment safely. Experience in hotel housekeeping management or janitorial roles is highly desirable. Knowledge of laundry processes and handling delicate fabrics with care. Familiarity with safety standards related to cleaning chemicals and equipment use.
