$21.00 + built-in-"other pay"

POSITION SUMMARY

Housekeepers will provide the best and friendliest service to our members, guests and staff. This position will perform all functions as they pertain to the cleanliness and upkeep of the residences, common areas and Timbers Club property as a whole. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Clean residences, locker rooms, restrooms, lounges, corridors, hallways, stairways, and other workspaces of the organization while keeping the prescribed health and hygiene standards Replenish supplies, restroom equipment, bed linens, kitchen items, room accessories, and writing supplies Make beds and change bed sheets Use squeegees, cleaners, and other equipment to dust, clean, and polish window panes and glasses, mirrors, glass partitions, walls, furniture, house items, fixtures, mattresses, etc. Report to the supervisors and promptly respond to the housekeeping needs Ensure superior housekeeping standards in all areas including the back of house spaces Must be able to able to work Saturdays.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Available to work flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to do several tasks at one time.
• Previous Housekeeping experience preferred.

WORK ENVIRONMENT AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• The primary work areas are the condominium units with kitchen, bedroom(s), bathroom(s), etc; property hallways, stairways, and elevators; housekeeping office, and housekeeping closets; outbuildings; lounge; administration offices; gym; and other areas of Timbers Club property, including the outdoor grounds.
• Regularly pass through outdoors with adverse conditions with exposure to outdoor elements or a combination of both indoors and outdoors and may be required to walk on slippery and uneven surfaces.
• Extensive contact with cleaning chemicals and other tools required for cleaning units and other areas of Timbers Club property.
• Standing, bending, stooping, kneeling, twisting, reaching, stretching, pushing, pulling, lifting, carrying, walking, climbing stairs and other repetitive movements; up to 50 pounds.
• Good eye for detail.
• This position requires a Criminal Background Check upon hire.

Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a Criminal Background Check.
