A Better Life is hiring a Housekeeping Manager in Aspen/Snowmass. About A Better Life A Better Life is a full-service property management, vacation rental, and concierge company serving the Roaring Fork Valley. We support homeowners and guests through high-touch service, meticulous property care, and local expertise. As the company has grown, ABL has expanded into a multi-division operation that includes property management, vacation rentals, concierge services, HOA management, and project oversight, all rooted in a commitment to excellence, attention to detail, and personalized service. About the role We are looking for a dedicated, hands-on Housekeeping Manager to lead housekeeping operations across our growing portfolio of luxury homes and vacation rentals. This role is responsible for maintaining A Better Life standards across every property, developing a strong in-house team, and working closely with operations, guest services, and property management to ensure homes are clean, stocked, guest-ready, and consistently well cared for. Key responsibilities Oversee daily housekeeping operations across a growing property portfolio Hire, train, schedule, support, and supervise the housekeeping team Develop, implement, and maintain housekeeping standards and processes Inspect properties after cleanings to ensure quality and readiness Help ensure properties are consistently maintained to A Better Life standards Communicate and document guest or renter damage and assist with related follow-up Manage inventory of housekeeping supplies, linens, amenities, and cleaning equipment Purchase and restock supplies and property amenities as needed Coordinate with other managers and departments on property, guest, and operational needs Support service tasks, guest arrivals, and on-the-ground operations when needed Help improve systems and workflows that support consistency, efficiency, and service quality What we're offering Full-time position, 40+ hours per week Starting salary from $70,000 annually Annual performance-based salary increases Monthly health care benefits contribution Periodic bonuses and commissions 3 weeks paid time off Flexible schedule Access to resort and activity discounts Long-term growth opportunity within a growing company What we're looking for Currently based in the Roaring Fork Valley Able to travel regularly throughout Aspen, Snowmass, and the Roaring Fork Valley 2+ years of housekeeping and supervisory experience Strong leadership and team-development skills Excellent attention to detail and organizational ability Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Comfortable interacting professionally with homeowners, guests, and team members Self-motivated, dependable, and proactive Commitment to high standards and a willingness to go above and beyond Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred Valid driver's license required Schedule requirements Weekend availability Holiday availability Evening availability as needed
