24 Tabor Crossing Longmeadow, MA 01106 Summary Glenmeadow is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The Housekeeper plays a vital role in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our residents and guests. This position requires a strong work ethic, a positive and service-oriented attitude, and a commitment to delivering an exceptional resident experience through consistent, high-quality housekeeping services. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Thoroughly clean resident rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation Change linens, make beds, and replenish towels and amenities Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies in good condition Assist with laundry duties as needed Uphold all health and safety guidelines and company policies Deliver excellent customer service by responding promptly and courteously to resident requests and inquiries Work effectively as part of a team to support overall operations and ensure smooth daily workflows Knowledge Skills and Abilities Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality standards Excellent customer service and communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Positive attitude, reliability, and strong work ethic Demonstrated ability to maintain the highest level of integrity, confidentiality, and ethical standards Education and Experience High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous housekeeping experience in a hotel, hospital, long-term care, or senior living environment required. Experience working in a customer service-focused setting preferred. Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques, infection control practices, and safe use of cleaning chemicals and equipment. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and adhere to established policies and procedures.
