Part-time Job Summary:

The Housekeeper at Residence Inn by Marriott is responsible for maintaining a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for guests by ensuring guest suites and public areas meet Marriott brand standards. This role plays a key part in delivering an extended-stay experience by focusing on attention to detail, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and service guest suites, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas, in accordance with Marriott standards
• Make beds, change linens, and replenish towels and amenities
• Clean kitchen areas including sinks, appliances, dishes, and countertops
• Vacuum carpets, sweep/mop floors, and dust furniture and fixtures
• Sanitize high-touch surfaces to maintain health and safety standards
• Restock housekeeping carts and maintain organized work areas
• Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to management
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests and inquiries
• Maintain cleanliness of public areas such as hallways, laundry rooms, and lobbies as assigned
• Follow all company safety and security procedures

Qualifications:

• Previous housekeeping or hotel experience preferred but not required
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 25-50 lbs for extended periods
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays

Work Environment:

• Fast-paced hotel environment
