Duties Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. Manage laundry operations efficiently by washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens, towels, and guest clothing. Maintain cleanliness of floors through proper floor care techniques such as sweeping, buffing, and carpet cleaning. Restock supplies in guest rooms and common areas to ensure all amenities are available and presentable. Follow safety protocols during cleaning procedures to ensure a safe environment for yourself and others. Report any maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure swift resolution. Uphold hospitality standards by providing friendly service and responding courteously to guest requests. Experience Previous experience in hotel housekeeping or custodial roles is highly preferred. Familiarity with industrial cleaning equipment and janitorial supplies is advantageous. Experience with floor care techniques such as polishing, buffing, or carpet cleaning is desirable. Knowledge of hospitality industry standards ensures quality service delivery. Prior housekeeping management experience is a plus but not required.
