PM Schedule:

5 days per week Position Summary The Room Attendant is responsible for cleaning and maintaining guest rooms to established standards, ensuring each room is clean, sanitary, organized, and guest-ready. This role focuses on efficiency, consistency, and attention to detail while following housekeeping procedures, safety guidelines, and service expectations. Room Attendants take ownership of their assigned rooms, report maintenance concerns, respond to guest requests professionally, and contribute to a positive team environment focused on guest satisfaction and pride in the property. Key Responsibilities Clean and service assigned guest rooms according to housekeeping standards Change linens, make beds, dust, vacuum, clean bathrooms, and replenish room amenities Ensure guest rooms and work areas remain clean, organized, and sanitary Report maintenance issues, damages, or safety concerns promptly Respond professionally to guest requests and communicate effectively with team members Follow proper safety, sanitation, and cleaning procedures at all times Maintain housekeeping carts, supplies, and linen organization Meet productivity and quality expectations established by management Support team members and contribute to a positive work environment Qualifications Previous housekeeping, cleaning, or hospitality experience preferred but not required Strong attention to detail and time management skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to perform physical duties including standing, bending, lifting, and walking for extended periods Reliable attendance and positive attitude Strong work ethic and commitment to cleanliness and guest satisfaction

Pay:

$17.00 per hour
