Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in both commercial and residential cleaning, with a strong focus on maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards. This role requires a proactive approach to housekeeping management, ensuring that all areas are well-kept and inviting for guests or residents. A commitment to excellent customer service is essential, as you will interact with clients and ensure their satisfaction with the cleaning services provided. Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
• Manage housekeeping tasks efficiently to maintain high standards of cleanliness in both residential and commercial settings.
• Conduct carpet cleaning as needed to ensure all floor surfaces are well-maintained.
• Assist with Laundering linens and person clothing on as needed basis, ensuring they are clean and properly stored.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and preferences promptly and courteously.
• Maintain an inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages to management.
• Adhere to safety protocols while using cleaning chemicals and equipment.
• Collaborate with other staff members to ensure seamless operations within the facility. Requirements
• Proven experience in commercial cleaning, residential cleaning, or housekeeping management is preferred.
• Familiarity with carpet cleaning techniques is a plus.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
• Attention to detail and a strong work ethic are essential for maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility in working hours may be required based on client needs or special events.
• Previous experience in hotel housekeeping or custodial services is advantageous but not mandatory.
