Housekeeping Staff

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and order in our facilities, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests and staff. This position requires a strong commitment to quality service and the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team. Responsibilities Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to ensure high standards of hygiene and cleanliness. Launder linens, towels, and other items as needed, ensuring they are fresh and presentable. Perform custodial duties including dusting, vacuuming, mopping floors, and carpet cleaning. Manage housekeeping supplies and report any shortages or maintenance needs to management. Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to guest requests or concerns. Assist in the preparation of rooms for special events or occasions as required. Follow all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment. Skills Proven experience in housekeeping or custodial roles, preferably in a hotel or similar setting. Strong attention to detail with the ability to clean thoroughly and efficiently. Knowledge of housekeeping management practices and techniques. Ability to perform floor care tasks including sweeping, mopping, and carpet cleaning. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor. Basic cooking skills are a plus for assisting with meal preparations when necessary.
