Job Description

Overview We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to patients in various settings, including medical offices, emergency rooms, and home community care. As an RN or LPN, you will play a crucial role in supporting patients' health and well-being through effective communication and clinical skills. Duties Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes in their condition. Assist with pain management strategies and provide ostomy care as needed. Perform venipuncture and assist with laboratory tests. Conduct IV infusions and ensure proper documentation of all medical procedures. Maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans. Educate patients and their families about health management and treatment options. Skills Proficiency in pain management techniques. Experience with ostomy care procedures. Familiarity with medical office operations and protocols. Background in emergency room settings is a plus. Knowledge of home community care practices. Competence in venipuncture and laboratory procedures. Ability to perform IV infusion therapy effectively. Strong understanding of HIPAA regulations for patient confidentiality. Excellent skills in medical documentation and record keeping.
