Housing Coordinator:

Full-time (80 hours per pay period) Monday•

Friday Hours:

8am-4:30pm Eligible for benefits

Wage:

$20-24/hour

Description:

The Housing Coordinator plays a crucial role in overseeing the effective management of housing programs, assisting housing and clinical departments while providing support to residents. This position requires strong organization skills and the ability to multitask. The Housing Coordinator will work closely with residents, staff, and community partners to promote a safe and supportive living environment.

• Responsibilities
• Greet and assist guests Answer the phone and transfer calls appropriately

Scheduling:

Update the schedule, find coverage for shifts, etc. Billing and finance prep work(accounts payable, deposits) New hire and onboarding process Outside marketing event representation Assist all department as tasks are assigned Effectively manage staff and resident files.
