Important This position is part of an ongoing tender (bidding/licitation) process. Your mission As HSE Coordinator, you will be responsible for implementing, monitoring, and ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards throughout all phases of the project, promoting a strong safety culture within a mission-critical environment. Responsibilities Implement and supervise compliance with the project Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) plan. Conduct on-site inspections to verify safe working conditions and proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE). Coordinate HSE inductions, training sessions, and awareness activities for project personnel. Investigate incidents, accidents, and unsafe conditions, preparing reports and corrective action plans. Maintain updated HSE records, including statistics, incident reports, inspections, and internal audits. Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors to ensure compliance with project HSE standards and procedures. Participate in coordination meetings and safety committees, representing the HSE area. Support environmental management activities, including permits, waste management, and regulatory compliance. Promote continuous improvement initiatives related to safety performance and environmental practices. Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Risk Prevention Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related field. Experience in HSE management within construction, industrial, infrastructure, or technology projects. Strong knowledge of Chilean regulations related to occupational health, safety, and environmental compliance. Certifications related to risk prevention or safety management (SNS, Sernageomin, or similar) are highly valued. Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word) and HSE management systems. Strong leadership, communication, conflict resolution, and field coordination skills. Ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary and fast-paced project environments. Availability to work on-site in Santiago Metropolitan Area. Experience in mission-critical or Data Center projects is highly valued. Professional fluency in English and Spanish is considered a plus.
