Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Human Resources Executive to lead our HR initiatives and foster a positive, compliant, and high-performing workplace environment. In this pivotal role, you will oversee all aspects of human resources management, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and organizational development. Your energetic leadership will drive HR strategies that align with our company's goals, ensuring we attract, develop, and retain top talent while maintaining compliance with employment laws and regulations. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape our workforce culture and contribute to our overall business success. Responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies that support organizational growth and employee engagement. Lead talent acquisition efforts by managing sourcing strategies, conducting interviews, and overseeing onboarding processes to attract top candidates. Administer employee benefits programs, payroll processing, and benefits administration. Ensure compliance with employment laws including
FMLA, OSHA
standards, workers' compensation policies, and labor law regulations. Manage employee performance evaluations, employee relations issues, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions with a focus on fair and transparent processes. Oversee training & development programs to enhance employee skills and support succession planning initiatives for future leadership needs. Collaborate with senior leadership on organization design, change management projects, and process improvements to optimize HR operations. Skills Strong knowledge of employment & labor law, OSHA standards, FMLA regulations, and workers' compensation procedures. Proven experience in talent acquisition, HR sourcing strategies, and managing recruiting. Excellent negotiation skills for contracts, benefits administration negotiations, and conflict management scenarios. Effective communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly to all levels of the organization including senior leadership. Demonstrated experience supervising teams or managing HR functions within a fast-paced environment.
