Job Description
Anduril Industries is seeking a People Business Partner to join the People team in Costa Mesa, CA. You will think strategically and provide daily support across all levels of engineering teams, partnering with engineers to enhance talent development and performance. You will act as a strategic advisor, coach senior leaders, and help implement people programs during a high-growth phase, balancing business needs with employee development and retention.
