We are dedicated to helping overseas manufacturers grow as brands in the US market. As our North American operations experience rapid growth, we are seeking a senior HR leader with a strategic vision and proven bilingual capabilities to join our executive management team. Position Overview The Senior Vice President of Human Resources will be a key member of the executive leadership team, responsible for developing and executing the human capital strategy that supports WGO's aggressive growth plans in North America and its cross-border collaboration with our China operations. This role will lead all aspects of HR, from organizational design and talent acquisition to performance management and cultural integration. Given the bicultural nature of our business, this role requires frequent business travel between the United States and China to ensure close alignment and effective team management across both regions. Key Responsibilities Strategic Business Partnership Partner directly with the CEO and the executive team to align HR strategy with WGO's business goals, specifically our unique "one-stop" cross-border growth model. Lead organizational design and development initiatives to support rapid scaling in the North American market and ensure seamless synergy with our China-based teams. Champion change management initiatives, driving process optimization and cultural evolution during periods of organizational growth. Full-Spectrum HR Leadership Build and refine a comprehensive HR management framework, encompassing talent acquisition, learning and development, performance management, compensation and benefits, and employee relations. Lead the building and assessment of the company's core management team, developing robust succession plans and talent pipelines to meet the demands of high-speed business growth. Design and implement high-impact performance management systems and competitive incentive programs tailored to the logistics and supply chain industry. Strengthen WGO's employer brand to attract, engage, and retain top talent in both the U.S. and Chinese markets. Cross-Border Synergy & Cultural Integration Build and mentor a high-performing, decentralized HR team, establishing efficient communication and collaboration mechanisms between the U.S. and China to ensure consistent policy execution. Leverage bilingual and bicultural expertise to bridge cultural gaps between teams, fostering an inclusive, integrated, and "seamless" organizational culture. Ensure full compliance with all local labor laws and employment regulations in both the U.S. and China, proactively managing and mitigating employment-related risks. Experience A minimum of 15 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role (e.g., VP of
HR, CHRO
) within a large multinational or cross-border enterprise. Proven HR leadership experience within the global supply chain, third-party logistics (3PL), cross-border e-commerce, or a closely related industry is mandatory. You must have a deep understanding of the industry's operational models and talent dynamics. Extensive experience managing HR functions and teams across both the United States and China, with a thorough understanding of the business environments, employment regulations, and talent markets in both countries.

Business Acumen:
A demonstrated ability to connect HR initiatives directly to core business outcomes, such as helping international brands succeed in the U.S. market. Bilingual Proficiency (Essential): Must be fluent in both Mandarin Chinese and English, with the ability to conduct high-level negotiations, draft corporate policies, and manage diverse teams in both languages.
Data-Driven Decision Making:
Skilled in using HR analytics and people data to inform strategy, assess organizational effectiveness, and measure ROI.
Executive Influence & Resilience:
Exceptional communication, persuasion, and influencing skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment. Education & Certifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field is required; a Master's degree or MBA is highly preferred. Professional HR certifications (e.g., SPHR, GPHR) are a strong plus. Travel Requirement This position requires a high frequency of business travel between the United States and China, with an estimated travel commitment of 30•50% to support on-site management, team integration, and strategic alignment across both offices.
