Learn more at www.hbfuller.com. Position Overview The Vice President, Human Resources for H.B. Fuller's Building Adhesives & Solutions (BAS) Global Business Unit is a strategic, enterprise-minded leader who partners closely with the BAS Senior Vice President and leadership team to enable business performance through people and culture. This role shapes and delivers talent strategies that support growth, innovation, and operational excellence across a global footprint. As a key member of the BAS leadership team, the VP, HR plays a critical role in strengthening leadership capability, advancing a high-performing culture, and ensuring the organization is equipped to meet current and future business needs. Reporting to the Senior Vice President, Chief Human Resources Officer, this leader collaborates across HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) and regional HR teams to deliver aligned, data-informed solutions that reflect H.B. Fuller's values and commitment to people, performance, and possibility. Primary Responsibilities Serve as a trusted advisor to BAS executive leadership, aligning talent and organizational strategies with business priorities and long-term growth objectives Lead organizational design, workforce planning, and change management initiatives to support transformation and evolving business needs Drive enterprise talent strategies including succession planning, leadership development, performance management, and retention to build a strong and diverse leadership pipeline Champion a culture of inclusion, engagement, and accountability that reflects H.B. Fuller's values and fosters belonging across global teams Partner with HR COEs to deliver integrated programs across talent acquisition, total rewards, learning and development, and HR technology Leverage data and insights to inform decision-making, identify trends, and proactively address business challenges Collaborate with regional HR leaders to ensure consistent, high-quality HR support across BAS operations worldwide Provide leadership, coaching, and direction to HR team members and contribute to broader HR enterprise initiatives Minimum Requirements Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field 10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, including support of global business operations Demonstrated ability to influence and partner with executive-level stakeholders Strong business acumen with the ability to translate strategy into actionable people plans Experience using data and insights to drive decisions and outcomes Excellent communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills Global mindset with the ability to lead effectively across cultures and geographies Preferred Requirements Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field 15+ years of progressive HR experience Depth of expertise in one or more HR disciplines (e.g., compensation, talent management, analytics, employee relations) Work Arrangement & Travel Hybrid - 3 days per week in-office Up to 30% domestic and international travel for site visits and leadership meetings Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, and geographic location. The salary for this role is $220,000 - $270,000. In addition to your salary, H.B.
