This executive will lead HR strategy and operations across a large, multi-state workforce while partnering closely with senior leadership to support organizational growth, employee engagement, and operational excellence. Responsibilities Partner with executive leadership to develop and execute HR strategy. Oversee employee relations, talent acquisition, compensation, benefits, compliance, organizational development, and performance management. Lead HR operations across multiple locations and support workforce planning, leadership development, and succession planning. Drive employee engagement, retention, and culture initiatives. Utilize HR metrics to support strategic decision-making. Lead organizational change, acquisitions, and integration efforts. Qualifications Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred. 10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, including executive-level responsibility. Experience leading HR across multiple locations and large employee populations. Strong background in employee relations, employment law, compliance, organizational development, and talent strategy. Multi-site healthcare experience preferred. Must reside in or be willing to relocate to the St. Louis metro area. Pay:
