The Maintenance Technician is a position of importance with-in the hotel due to the main responsibilities as listed below: Core Qualifications
- Considerable experience in general maintenance
- Superior knowledge of air conditioners and refrigeration units
- Exceptional facility with carpentry, painting, plumbing, and masonry
- Strong proficiency with HVAC electrical and mechanical systems
- High skills in troubleshooting electrical equipment issues
- General plumbing maintenance
- Fire and Sprinkler systems experience
- CPO certification or Pool/Spa experience
- Excellent ability to interpret documented safety rules
