This position requires managing multiple client relationships simultaneously - each with its own plan design, effective dates, and eligibility rules - while serving as a knowledgeable resource for client HR contacts and worksite employees alike. You will work primarily within isolved and related HRIS/benefits platforms to manage enrollments, eligibility, and carrier connections, ensuring all client's employees receive accurate, timely, and well-supported benefits administration.
