Job Description
Qualifications Education required:
HS/GED Education preferred: College degree preferred.Experience:
Previous experience in Human Resources or compensation. Experience using Microsoft Excel. Experience working with metrics, statistics, or data analysis. Experience using compensation software or other HR-related systems.Additional skills:
Ability to communicate compensation-related information to managers and employees clearly, concisely, and professionally. Demonstrates a responsive, service-oriented approach to assisting employees and managers. Maintains a positive attitude and works collaboratively as part of a team. Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including filters, sorting, vlookup, PivotTables and macros, or the demonstrated ability and willingness to develop these skills. General proficiency in other Microsoft Office applications, or the demonstrated ability and willingness to develop these skills. Ability to adapt to changing priorities, processes, systems, and organizational needs.
