275 E Rivulon Blvd Ste 106 Gilbert, Arizona 85927 Benefits Specialist Position Summary The Benefits Specialist administers employee benefits programs, including leave of absence, disability, FMLA, and workers' compensation, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. This role also supports vendor management, benefits reconciliation, reporting and analytics, and employee inquiries, including open enrollment and ongoing benefits support. Responsibilities Leave Management Administration including short term disability, long term disability, FMLA and workers' compensation Assist employees with benefit-related issues and questions and provide excellent customer service Prepare and compile reports on benefits usage, costs, and trends for management review Benefits invoice reconciliation Conduct utilization reviews Reporting analytics Identify opportunities for cost savings Annual Open Enrollment Management Quarterly and annual reporting responsibility Qualifications and Requirements 4+ years of proven experience in Benefits related subspecialty of Human Resources Familiarity with regulatory compliance and best practices in Human Resources Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including knowledge of formulas, functions, and data manipulation techniques Why Work for EcoShield Pest Solutions?
