Job Summary:
Plays a critical role in ensuring consistency and equity in our hiring practices. Primarily responsible for determining offer rates for applicants and standardizing the offer rate process, including maintaining guidelines for calculating years of experience. As time permits, the role also provides support for broader compensation analysis and initiatives, contributing to standardization and market data research.
Job Requirements:
Education and Work Experience:
Associate's/Technical Degree or equivalent combination of education/related experience: Required Bachelor's degree in human resources or business administration: Preferred Three years' relevant experience:
Preferred Essential Functions:
Administers a standardized process for determining offer rates for new hires. Implements guidelines for calculating years of experience to ensure consistency across roles and departments. Partners with recruiters and hiring managers to review candidate qualifications and determine appropriate offer rates. Analyzes market data and internal pay structures to ensure offers are competitive and aligned with compensation philosophy. Monitors and audits offer practices to identify trends, ensure compliance, and recommend improvements. Prepares documentation and tools to support consistent application of offer rate standards. Researches current company practices and industry best practices to support policy and program development. Assists in analyzing the impact of new or revised programs/policies and prepare reports on findings. Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
