Collins, Colorado | Boulder, Colorado | [Hybrid/In-Office] Join the Pack The Foxhound Group is looking for a Benefits Success Expert to help employers and their employees get more from their benefits. This is our version of an employee benefits account manager—but the role goes beyond processing renewals and answering carrier questions. You'll serve as a trusted partner to clients, guide them through the benefits lifecycle, and make complicated insurance feel refreshingly simple. We're a growing, independent insurance agency that combines smart technology with genuinely personal service. We move quickly, communicate clearly, and take care of our clients—and one another. What You'll Do Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for an assigned group of employee benefits clients Build strong relationships with HR teams, business owners, carriers, and vendor partners Coordinate renewals from start to finish, including data collection, marketing, proposals, implementation, and employee communication Prepare benefit comparisons, renewal presentations, enrollment materials, and employee benefit guides Manage new-group implementations and ensure accurate, timely carrier enrollment Support open enrollment meetings, employee education, and benefits administration Maintain accurate plan, client, eligibility, and renewal information in our systems Work with carriers to resolve enrollment, billing, claims, and eligibility issues Help clients navigate Employee Navigator and other benefits technology Track deadlines, outstanding items, and client commitments without letting details slip through the cracks Identify opportunities to improve a client's benefits program, communication, or employee experience Collaborate with producers and teammates to deliver consistent, proactive service Follow applicable privacy, security, HIPAA, and compliance procedures What Success Looks Like You will thrive in this position if: Clients trust you and know they can count on you Renewals and implementations stay organized and on schedule You anticipate questions instead of waiting for problems Your communication is clear, kind, accurate, and timely You can explain complicated benefits in language people actually understand Your files, systems, and follow-up are consistently dependable You contribute ideas that make our service—and our agency—better What We're Looking For Experience in employee benefits, insurance account management, HR, benefits administration, or a related field Working knowledge of group medical, dental, vision, life, disability, and voluntary benefits Strong organizational and project-management skills Excellent written and verbal communication Comfort managing multiple clients, deadlines, and competing priorities Confidence working with spreadsheets, online carrier portals, and benefits technology A problem-solving mindset and willingness to take ownership Careful attention to detail without losing sight of the client experience The ability to work independently while being a reliable member of the pack Especially Helpful An active Colorado Life and Health insurance license Experience with Employee Navigator Experience with small- and mid-sized employer groups Familiarity with benefits compliance, including COBRA, ERISA, ACA, HIPAA, Section 125, HSA, and FSA rules Experience leading open enrollment meetings or employee presentations Don't check every box?
