Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Benefits Administrator for a contract-to-permanent opportunity. This role is ideal for a human resources professional with experience supporting employee benefits programs, handling benefits-related inquiries, and maintaining accurate records in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Administer employee benefits programs Assist with DSS benefits Coordinate with benefits vendors and internal HR teams to resolve issues Maintain accurate employee benefits records and ensure data integrity in HRIS systems Assist with compliance reporting, documentation, and benefits audits Process leave of absence and other related benefits transactions as needed Help communicate benefits information and updates to employees in a clear and timely manner 2+ years of experience in benefits administration or human resources support Knowledge of employee benefits programs and related administrative processes High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion DSS experience a huge plus Robert Half is the world's first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
