Full Job Description Duties:
Responsible for the administration of compensation programs and practices for specific business units. Primary responsibilities include job evaluations, market analyses, survey participation, compensation recommendations, and may lead or assist with compensation projects or special initiatives.
Skills:
Experience in job evaluation, market pricing, salary survey participation and annual compensation cycles (performance management, merit, bonus) Demonstrated experience in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Workday, SAP or other ERP Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Strong data analysis and reporting skills Strong attention to detail Working knowledge of FLSA and other compensation relevant laws and regulatory requirements Demonstrated experience handling confidential or sensitive information Demonstrated interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate and convey information effectively in verbal, written and electronic communication.
Education:
Bachelors' Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required Minimum of 5+ years relevant experience VIVA is an equal opportunity employer.
