ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Inspect manufactured products for dimensional accuracy, workmanship, quality, and finish. Maintain an efficient inspection workflow to ensure products meet required timelines for outside processing and customer deliveries. Inspect incoming materials for compliance with specifications and requirements, and review material certifications for accuracy and completeness. Initiate DMRs or NCMRs in the ERP system when non-conformances are identified. Perform in-process inspections throughout the manufacturing process to verify product quality and specifications. Review product certification packages for completeness and accuracy and release finished products for shipment through the ERP system. Maintain accurate and organized electronic quality records and certification files on the company server. Support the Lead Inspector and QA Department Manager with inspection and quality-related activities as needed. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

High School Diploma or equivalent 2+ Years of Quality Inspection Experience Experience with basic measuring equipment such as calipers or micrometers and other common inspection tools Experience reading and interpreting blueprints and specifications #CNX200

Pay:

$23.00 per hour Expected hours: No less than 40.0 per week
