Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM We are seeking a detail-oriented professional with workers' compensation experience to support our Safety and Risk Management team. ? Key responsibilities include assisting with the intake, setup, tracking, and processing of workers' compensation claims in compliance with state and federal regulations: Coordinating communication between injured employees, supervisors, HR, and safety leadership regarding work restrictions and return-to-work planning Supporting modified duty and return-to-work coordination Assisting with claim reviews, loss runs, and reporting/trend analysis Ensuring compliance with OSHA regulations and Florida workers' compensation statutes Maintaining confidentiality and accurate data entry within tracking systems Collaborating with HR, Payroll, Operations, and Safety teams on incident documentation and workplace accommodations ?

Required Qualifications:

CWCP, WCCP, or Florida Workers' Compensation Adjuster License preferred OR 2-5 years of workers' compensation claims experience with strong knowledge of Florida WC laws/processes

Bilingual:

English/Spanish Strong organizational, follow-up, and written/verbal communication skills High attention to detail with ability to maintain confidentiality Ability to manage multiple claims simultaneously Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) ?
