1-2 Years About the Opportunity TalentoHC is partnering with a leading organization seeking a Compensation Analyst to join its growing team. This role will support the administration and analysis of the company's compensation programs, including market research, job evaluations, and analysis of employee compensation data. The ideal candidate brings strong experience in compensation analysis, market pricing, and job evaluation and a proven ability to drive results in a fast-paced, data-driven HR environment . This opportunity offers the chance to work closely with the Sr. Manager, HRIS, Compensation & People Analytics and other HR partners, helping ensure compensation practices remain competitive, equitable, and compliant. Key Responsibilities Conduct market pricing and benchmarking for new and existing positions using compensation surveys and other market data sources Evaluate and classify positions using job architecture and compensation methodologies, supporting job grades, salary ranges, and career levels Analyze employee compensation data and prepare analyses for new hires, promotions, transfers, and pay adjustments, considering market competitiveness and internal equity Support annual compensation planning and administration, including merit increases, salary reviews, and incentive and bonus programs Participate in compensation surveys, including data validation, job matching, and analysis of survey results to support market pricing decisions Prepare recurring and ad hoc compensation reports, models, and cost analyses to support planning and decision-making Support pay equity, pay transparency, and compensation compliance activities, including identifying and documenting potential disparities Maintain accurate compensation data within HRIS and compensation systems, supporting audits, reporting, and process improvements Qualifications 1-2 years of compensation experience, including exposure to market pricing, job benchmarking, or compensation analysis Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to work with large data sets and identify trends and discrepancies Strong proficiency in Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel, including formulas, lookups, pivot tables, and data manipulation Working knowledge of compensation concepts, including market pricing, salary ranges, compa-ratios, and job evaluation Strong attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities Ability to exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality with sensitive compensation and employee information Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field preferred Experience with an HRIS or compensation system (e.g., UKG Pro, Paycor, Payscale, Mercer) is a plus About TalentoHC Build Your Best Team Yet Executive Search | Talent Strategy | Human Capital Consulting TalentoHC is a global executive search and human capital consulting firm helping organizations build high-performing leadership teams that drive growth and transformation.
