Job Description
Responsibilities
I. JOB SUMMARY/RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for monitoring, analyzing and reporting physician and advanced practice professional (APP) compensation, productivity, financial performance, and professional billing data.
- Functions as a resource in facilitating implementation of physician and APP compensation, inclusive of reporting and working on related projects and initiatives.

IV. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
A.EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION AND LICENSURE
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, healthcare or related field; or four (4) years of experience in any combination of the following: healthcare industry, financial modeling and forecasting, and/or physician revenue cycle may substituted for the educational requirement.
B. EXPERIENCE
- In addition to the educational requirement, three (3) years of progressive experience in healthcare or finance.
- Experience to demonstrate: o Knowledge of the healthcare industry and working with financial systems, including, budgeting and analysis, financial modeling and forecasting and physician revenue cycle. o Knowledge of working with Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Experience extracting and reporting off relational database using Clarity report writer, preferred.
- Prior direct working relationship with physicians and/or APPs, preferred.
