Job Description

As an Individual Contributor, this role leads strategic compensation analyses and contributes to the development of enterprise-wide HR programs. The position serves as a subject matter expert and supports cross-functional initiatives to enhance compensation practices. Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field. Equivalent work experience or certification(s) may be considered in lieu of degree. Compensation Analyst I
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in compensation or related work. Compensation Analyst II
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in compensation or related work. Compensation Senior Analyst
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in compensation or related work. Compensation Consultant
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in compensation or related work Basic knowledge and skill proficiency in analytical thinking, communication, cross-functional collaboration, consultation, customer experience, decision making & judgement, laws & regulations, program planning, statistical analysis, and technology literacy.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and build relationship across departments. Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently. Proficient with Microsoft Office applications. Compensation Analyst I
  • Maintains compensation data accuracy and assists with routine operational tasks; provides entry-level support to PS and Business Unit leaders. Compensation Analyst II
  • Performs independent compensation analyses to guide compensation decisions; contributes to program development and ensures alignment with internal equity and market competitiveness. Compensation Senior Analyst
  • Leads strategic compensation analyses and contributes to enterprise-wide HR program development; serves as a subject matter expert and supports cross-functional initiatives to enhance compensation practices. Compensation Consultant
  • Provides strategic compensation consulting, influences enterprise-wide HR practices, and advises senior leaders; drives initiatives that shape the organization's compensation philosophy and governance.
