They are seeking a Payroll & Benefits Specialist to support payroll processing, benefits administration, and HR systems. This role offers hands-on exposure to HR operations, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced environment.Job Description:
The Payroll & Benefits Specialist supports the day-to-day operations of payroll, benefits, and HR systems. This role involves coordination across HR Operations, assisting with payroll preparation, employee data management, and HRIS processes, while partnering closely with the management team & other departments. Key Responsibilities Support biweekly and semimonthly payroll processing, including data verification and employee updates Assist with payroll audits, reconciliation, and close activities to ensure accuracy and compliance Administer employee benefits processes including enrollments, changes, and terminations Maintain accurate employee records across payroll, benefits, and HR systems Monitor HR inboxes, respond to inquiries, and route requests as needed Support HRIS updates, data entry, and reporting Track employee lifecycle changes such as hires, terminations, and compensation updates Assist with HR workflows and escalate discrepancies impacting data accuracy or operations Contribute to reporting, analytics, and performance management processes Provide administrative and operational support across HR programs and initiatives Qualifications Bachelor's degree required (Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred) 1-3 years of experience in HR, payroll, benefits, or administrative roles Exposure to HRIS Systems Strong organizational, analytical, and documentation skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines Strong communication and customer service skills High attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Addison Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
